Hillary is Senior Director of Business Operations and Program Management at Applied Materials, responsible for new order planning, fulfillment, revenue risk management, and new product development for a high technology business within a $10B+ corporation. She leads the design, development and deployment of concept-to-market and quote-to-cash processes, optimizing customer experiences, on-time delivery, cycle times and profitability. With her reflective and analytical capabilities, Hillary synthesizes complex information to identify root issues and essential solutions. She streamlines complicated projects into a manageable strategy, mobilizing resources and leading teams to deliver transformational business results. Hillary's background includes more than 20 years in pivotal roles within product management, operations, marketing, global services and information technology. She combines her technical education, and professional experience into an entrepreneurial, collaborative and influential leadership style, managing accelerated business change, influencing and motivating multi-functional teams across cultures and countries. Hillary earned her MBA at Santa Clara University, and MSIE and BSEE from Stanford University. She is a Board Member for ACGSV, the Association for Corporate Growth Silicon Valley, and an Advisory Board Member for Parle Innovations. Hillary won the IoT Innovation Challenge in 2014 at Applied. She is a Silicon Valley 2012 Tribute to Women award winner, advises women-led startups and serves as mentor at TechbridgeGirls.
