Amanda is a journalist, speaker, consultant, and entrepreneur focused on the intersection of fashion and technology. She has reported on wearable tech, smart fabrics, future fashion, and cyborgs for the the Toronto Star and Wareable, among others. Amanda is also the founder of Electric Runway, a future fashion event series and global platform for covering and discovering fashion tech. Amanda has spoken on (and moderated) panels on hacking hardware, wearables for women, and next-gen retail.
